He has led founder-led startups and private equity–owned companies, consistently driving innovation, operational excellence, and successful exits across the B2B software, SaaS, EdTech, and professional services landscape.

As Founder and CEO of SkillBurst Interactive, Steve bootstrapped the company from inception into a market leader in digital learning / compliance solutions for large law firms and other global organizations. Under his leadership, SkillBurst reshaped how organizations develop talent, adopt emerging technologies, and prepare for the future of work. The company was acquired in 2024 by BARBRI, Inc., a Francisco Partners portfolio company.
