Over the course of his career, Steve has led founder-built startups and private-equity-backed companies through periods of growth, transformation, and successful exits. He tends to work closest to the customer, owning go-to-market strategy, enterprise adoption, and the translation of sophisticated capabilities into clear value across revenue, operations, and risk.

Much of Steve’s experience sits at the intersection of technology, workforce enablement, and compliance within highly regulated and complex organizations. Along the way, he has partnered closely with technical teams, investors, and operators to build durable products, strong cultures, and repeatable growth engines.
