Across his career, Steve has worked at the intersection of professional learning, executive education, workforce development, enterprise compliance, and technology. He has helped organizations turn complex regulatory, operational, and technical requirements into programs, platforms, and tools that improve performance, reduce risk, and strengthen institutional capability.
Steve has led founder-built startups and private-equity-backed companies through growth, transformation, and successful exits, most often in learning technology, workforce enablement, and business-to-business professional services. His work spans strategy, product and program development, customer engagement, enterprise adoption, and operational execution.
He brings a combination of operating experience, market perspective, and customer-level pragmatism, along with an advisor’s lens from working with senior leaders, subject-matter experts, and boards of learning organizations.
Steve is motivated by building things that last: organizations, programs, products, and learning experiences that combine intellectual rigor, practical relevance, technology, and operational strength.
Outside of work, Steve is an active musician and drummer, a devoted dog lover, and a supporter of dog rescue organizations.
